We have rendered consulting services on the implementation of an Integrated Enterprise Information System (IEIS) for the Hellenic Transmission System Operator (known as HTSO), to enhance its position as an independent Transmission System and Electricity Market Operator in the Greek Electricity Market. Furthermore, the IEIS is intended to cover HTSO’s needs for the satisfactory achievement of its main scopes, which fall into 3 main categories:
- Transmission System operation & control,
- Electricity market operation & administration,
- Maintenance & development of the transmission system assets.
Converge together with the partners of the consortium brought thorough experience and know-how to carry out the investigation, design of the concept, execution of relative studies, selection and procurement of the System that meets the requirements and specifications, execution of Project Management, as well as supervision of the Business Process Mapping steps during the installation, testing and ‘go-live’ processes.
